Description
The group will meet for an hour every Wednesday from 7 – 8 pm and train the principles of Krav Maga, a hybrid martial art that uses principles of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, judo, and more to build fighting/self-defense. The training will include striking, grappling, ground defense, verbal de-escalation, pre-emption, and more. The end objective is to have a holistic approach to self-defense and apply these principles to a diverse range of scenarios.
What participants need:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Water bottle
- Boxing or MMA gloves (<–coupon code KMC2023 ) if you have them – limited spare gym gloves are available
- Positive energy
- An open mind
